About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the customer order process.
- Handle Webbing's inventory.
- Review and approve invoices.
- Manage import/export processes and collaborate with local and global authorities.
- Manage customer setup and related changes.
- Perform connectivity testing for new internal/external SIM/eSIM orders.
- Conduct testing and validation of new IMSI sponsors and IMSI ranges.
- Perform testing and validation of new MSISDN ranges.
- Document test results, maintain testing records, and coordinate with relevant technical teams to resolve identified issues.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills - a must
- Basic telecom knowledge, connectivity testing, and troubleshooting skills - a must
- Good MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, match, pivot) - a must
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Organized and detail orientated with excellent prioritization skills.
- Experience in warehouse management/Supply chain/Operations coordinator - an advantage
- Experience with import/ export shipments - an advantage
- Understanding of mobile roaming flows – an advantage
- Knowledge with ERP systems -an advantage
