About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement strategic communication plans that connect business objectives, reputation, and brand positioning
  • Identify opportunities and build relevant narratives for different audiences
  • Establish strategic relationships with the media, including pitching journalists and identifying opportunities
  • Develop story angles, press releases, Q&As, media briefings, and other communication materials
  • Structure reputation management and crisis communications initiatives
  • Manage PR projects and campaigns, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and integration across different workstreams
  • Prepare reports and performance analyses
  • Join Weber Shandwick’s Consumer Goods team, at a global communications agency focused on earned media

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent media relationships
  • Strong strategic planning skills
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Passion for corporate communications
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Experience with companies or clients in the consumer goods sector, particularly the food industry, is a plus
  • Working hours: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • Hybrid work, with two days per week onsite in São Paulo
