About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete six weeks of paid in-classroom training at the Swedesboro, New Jersey campus

  • Handle inbound, outbound, and written interactions through email, phone, SMS, chat, and mailed prescriptions
  • Answer more than 60 high-volume calls per day
  • Work independently and collaborate with team members
  • Engage with team members across pharmacy and fulfillment facilities
  • Assist customers for approximately 90% of the workday

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Possess or be able to acquire a New Jersey Pharmacy Technician License; training is provided
  • Experience in data entry and multitasking
  • Experience handling high-volume inbound calls, 60 or more per day
  • Previous call center experience or high-volume call environment experience
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to following procedures
  • Effective and persuasive communication
  • Professional computer experience, including Office and Internet
  • Strong math skills
  • High school graduate or equivalent required
  • Live within a commutable distance to Swedesboro, NJ
  • Must meet performance metrics
  • Ability to work uninterrupted with 90% of the day assisting customers
