About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather requirements and translate business needs into functional specifications
Design, develop, and test BML scripts and Oracle CPQ configurations
Implement and manage Oracle BigMachines data models, workflows, and integration points
Collaborate with application and technical teams to integrate ERP, CRM, and other back-end systems
Optimize BML code for performance and maintainability
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
Document development processes, technical designs, and user guides
Stay updated on Oracle CPQ features, releases, and best practices
Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle BigMachines and CPQ
Strong proficiency in BML scripting and Oracle CPQ configuration
Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex pricing, bundling, and discounting logic
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST, and SOAP APIs
Solid understanding of data modeling, workflow design, and enterprise architecture
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote team
Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Demonstrated ability to mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams
