About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies and best practices
Convert UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into interactive, accessible, and visually appealing web interfaces
Explore and implement AI-powered features, including AI API integrations, intelligent assistants, and automated workflows
Use AI coding assistants and productivity tools to improve code quality, accelerate development, troubleshoot issues, and streamline testing
Improve website speed, responsiveness, scalability, and user experience across browsers and devices
Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following established coding standards
Integrate REST APIs and other services into frontend applications in collaboration with backend teams
Identify and resolve technical issues, conduct functional testing, and ensure reliable application performance
Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to deliver business-aligned features
Stay updated on frontend technologies, AI development tools, frameworks, and industry best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–4 years of professional experience in frontend or web application development
Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and practical applications in web development
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend development practices
Hands-on experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
Experience building responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible web applications
Familiarity with AI-powered coding assistants and AI-based development workflows
Experience integrating APIs and working with JSON data
Knowledge of Git, version control, debugging, and browser developer tools
Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
Understanding of Engineering Manager responsibilities, including technical planning, code reviews, mentoring, and team coordination
Exposure to technical leadership, project ownership, or mentoring junior developers
Experience integrating LLM APIs, chatbots, or generative AI features into web applications
Familiarity with TypeScript, Next.js, state management libraries, and frontend testing frameworks
Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment, and frontend security practices
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
A portfolio of web applications or projects demonstrating frontend expertise is an advantage
