Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems powering AI-driven applications

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 4+ years of experience
Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution or equivalent experience in leading tech companies or startups
3+ years of experience as a Python backend or full-stack engineer in high-growth environments
Strong experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django, with a focus on performance and scalability
Hands-on experience with LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows
Familiarity with high-throughput APIs, document processing systems, and cloud platforms, preferably AWS
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across distributed teams
Experience with deploying and integrating foundation models in production environments is good to have
Exposure to frontend technologies such as React, Next.js, or full-stack development using TypeScript and Node.js is good to have
