About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Call shortlisted candidates and pitch the company, role, location, and requirements
- Confirm candidate interest, availability, notice period, and other required details
- Follow up through calls, WhatsApp, or email
- Share interested candidates with the relevant team
- Maintain accurate and updated call logs and candidate records
- Make 100–120 outbound calls per day
- Follow up regularly and meet daily targets
- POD Leads coordinate the team, coach associates, and track daily work and quality
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed graduation
- 0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates eligible
- Current college students are not eligible
- Clear and fluent spoken English
- Professional phone communication
- Comfort with repetitive calling, follow-ups, and daily targets
- Basic spreadsheet skills
- Attention to detail
- Availability for 9 hours per day, 6 days per week, including 1 mandatory Sunday per month
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or recruitment outreach is helpful but not mandatory for entry-level applicants
