About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and support a team of four developers: two Full-Stack Developers, one Back-End Developer, and one Front-End Developer
Define technical solutions aligned with the architecture and business requirements
Select Python and React libraries
Collaborate with the CRM Product Owner to prioritize sprints
Deliver major product enhancements every quarter
Develop and maintain critical components of the tech stack, with a focus on scalability
Establish development best practices
Drive continuous improvement through biweekly code reviews
Support the team on a daily basis through coaching and pair programming
Organize technical upskilling sessions
Conduct active technology monitoring and research
Propose areas for ecosystem development every six months

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong background in Python/React architecture
Ability to work across the entire stack and take a step back when evaluating technical choices
Motivation to develop a four-person technical team and have a direct impact on the product
Solid knowledge of Docker and CI/CD
Proficiency in PostgreSQL
Knowledge of Node.js or Elasticsearch
Position based in Rennes
39 hours per week
Permanent contract
