About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Detect all needed identification, including labels, tags, terminal block markers, shipping labels based on BOMs, schematics, prints, and sales orders
  • Produce identification using proprietary and commercial software
  • Operate and maintain proprietary and commercial software
  • Operate and maintain proprietary and commercial printers, plotters, and engravers
  • Print updated information from Engineering changes and provide supervision with updated documentation
  • Print necessary as-built documentation
  • File completed production orders
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness (5S) of the Labeling station
  • Manage inventory and order labeling supplies
  • Assist in receiving materials in the material receiving area when necessary
  • Locate orders on the production floor and update documents/labeling as needed
  • Communicate with Packing Specialists when order documentation is complete
  • Print additional labeling for production associates when needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School or GED
  • Microsoft Office suite: basic Word, intermediate Excel, basic PowerPoint, basic Outlook
  • SAP preferred
  • Identification Computer Numeric Control operating software
  • Printer and plotter setup/operation
  • Knowledge of company quality standards and procedures, including safety
  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
