About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Modify electric motors per customer specification
  • Produce reports and track activities performed in the Mod shop
  • Work with visiting engineers and QA personnel to evaluate possible factory issues
  • Work in conjunction with the warehouse team to ensure proper placement of modified motors in inventory
  • Support the Mod Shop Lead in accomplishing team goals and projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Strong knowledge of low voltage AC motors
  • Ability to handle manual and power tools
  • Understand and follow safety procedures
  • Familiar with modification procedures
  • Familiar with the inventory control system
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Strong knowledge of industry certification requirements
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • 0–5 years of related experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
