About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as primary customer liaison for assigned orders throughout the order lifecycle
- Lead handover meetings with the sales team and conduct kickoff meetings
- Establish and track milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria aligned with contractual requirements
- Manage order scope and process change orders
- Coordinate with team members to ensure delivery commitments are met
- Coordinate with in-house manufacturing sites and third-party vendors
- Prepare and deliver status reports to leadership
- Conduct site visits with customers and vendors as needed
- Perform regular progress and financial reviews for assigned orders
- Ensure timely revenue recognition and milestone invoice processing
- Coordinate logistics and shipping requirements
- Perform other duties assigned by management to meet business needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 0–3 years of experience, preferably with some exposure to technical projects
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline preferred
- Basic understanding of electrical industrial systems and power electronics
- Familiarity with NEMA, IEC, IEEE, and UL certifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- SAP experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to confidently represent the company to clients
- Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Developing conflict resolution and negotiation techniques in technical environments
- Ability to take ownership of orders while seeking appropriate guidance
- Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in pursuing PMP certification is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
