About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Preparing complex technical quotations
- Clarifying technical, commercial, and project-related requirements with customers and Sales
- Technically defining, managing, and successfully executing customer-specific orders and projects in the Assemble to Order (ATO) and Engineer to Order (ETO) areas
- Managing and developing strategic customer relationships throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Identifying growth opportunities, follow-on projects, and new application possibilities
- Coordinating relevant internal interfaces
- Implementing the CSP process with the participating specialist departments
- Supporting international sales regions with customer- and project-related activities
- Continuously optimizing quotation and order processing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in engineering, business engineering, or a related field; further training as a state-certified technician or an equivalent qualification
- At least two years of professional experience in technical sales, key account management, project management, or process design
- Experience preparing and processing technical quotations and orders
- Ideally, experience in automation technology, assembly automation, or the automotive industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, and CAD systems
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Intercultural competence
- Strong communication and coordination skills, along with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
