About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join the founding team at Welbeck Oxford, a new private healthcare centre
- Support patients through consultations, diagnostic testing, minor procedures, and follow-up care
- Work as part of specialist surgical teams focused on safe, efficient, and patient-centred care
- Support patients through their diagnostic journey and help create a calm, reassuring experience
- Support patients and clinical teams across minor procedures and endoscopy services
- Help patients feel safe, supported, and well cared for before and after procedures
- Help shape team operations, patient experience, and ways of working from day one
- Participate in a virtual recruitment day and interview if shortlisted
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in a Healthcare Assistant, Nurse, or Administrator role
- Interest in joining the founding team of a new healthcare centre
- For shortlisted applicants, participation in a virtual recruitment day and interview
- Ability to work 5 days on site
- Healthcare Assistants, Nurses, and Administrators are sought across outpatients, theatres, imaging, procedure suite, and pre- and post-operative care
