About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join an open call for Operations A-Players rather than a single specific vacancy
- Support driver supply by growing driver and fleet partner networks
- Own regional and destination operations, including capacity and service quality
- Open new destinations and relaunch existing markets
- Manage live operations and solve problems in real time
- Maintain premium ride quality and driver engagement
- Improve processes, automation and reporting
- Potentially work across cities, teams and time zones as Welcome Pickups scales its airport transfers, sightseeing trips and local travel services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Operations experience in a fast-paced business, ideally mobility, travel, marketplaces, logistics or on-demand services
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of tasks, requests or partners while keeping quality high and deadlines met
- Comfortable with constant change: stay calm under pressure, prioritise quickly and solve problems as they come up
- Strong written and spoken communication skills with people at every level, from drivers and partners to senior stakeholders
- Excellent organisation and coordination across teams, cities and time zones
- Tech-savvy; quick to learn new tools and confident with Google Sheets/Excel, CRMs and ops platforms
- Data-driven use of numbers and dashboards to spot issues, track performance and make decisions
- Curious and proactive approach to improving processes, including with automation and AI tools
- Fluent English; other languages are a big plus
