About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor adherence to the performance management framework covering capacity, fulfilment and quality.
- Escalate process gaps, non-compliance and recurring failures to responsible teams.
- Confirm partner onboarding is executed according to the agreed workflow and flag delays or unmet steps.
- Coordinate monthly supply-growth planning and confirm Destination Operations Managers gather additional capacity from existing partners.
- Flag input gaps and genuine supply shortages to the Service Partner Manager and Head of Supply.
- Provide hands-on partner-side fulfilment and quality support when Destination Operations Managers lack capacity.
- Resolve escalated CRM, back-office and product issues affecting partners.
- Diagnose user errors versus genuine product or system bugs, document issues requiring Product or Engineering involvement, and close the loop with Support.
- Create playbooks, SOPs and training material from established frameworks and processes.
- Build team capability so Destination Operations Managers and local teams can operate independently.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, vendor/supplier management or broader supply chain operations, comfortable with the mechanics of managing external supply against agreed terms and performance.
- Able to hold other teams accountable to a defined process without owning them — governance without authority — with sound judgement on what to resolve directly versus escalate to the Service Partner Manager.
- Comfortable in spreadsheets and dashboards, able to distinguish a real capacity, fulfilment or quality gap from noise.
- Hands-on operational capability: able to work partner-side performance levers directly when backstopping a Destination Owner, not just coordinate them.
- Demonstrated ability to turn a working process into clear, teachable documentation, playbooks and training material that another team can run independently.
- Comfortable supporting tool design, testing and rollout; AI-curious, already using or keen to use AI/automation tools, with the judgement to check outputs rather than take them at face value.
- Power-user fluency with internal systems (CRM, Ops Intelligence Hub, dispatcher tooling): able to diagnose issues, distinguish data input gaps and user errors from a genuine product bugs, and write clear escalations to Product/Engineering.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with additional languages, and exposure to travel, mobility, logistics or marketplace operations, considered an advantage.
