Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluency in English and German
- Basic understanding of the digital marketing landscape
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for creators' and influencers' needs
- Flexible working hours in case of urgency or business need
- Positive, proactive approach and problem-solving attitude
- Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to grow creators' independent businesses
- Strong willingness to learn
- Understanding of Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok ads preferred
- Experience working with influencers or creators on social media preferred
- Experience in client-facing roles preferred
