About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with legal reviews, research, and projects involving powers of attorney, trusts, employment law, insurance law, contracts, and corporate regulatory work
- Participate in regular meetings with the in-house legal team
- Support the legal needs of sales, finance, human resources, and operations business units
- Complete other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or team
- Participate in internship orientation, check-ins, mentoring, learning sessions, coffee chats, and social events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have completed two years at an accredited US law school prior to the start of internship
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous internship or related experience is a plus
