Key responsibilities & impact
  • Re-engineer business operations to improve business results
  • Evaluate business requirements and model technical requirements in collaboration with the product owner and scrum team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Five years of experience in programming and systems analysis
  • Strong knowledge of agile software development concepts and processes
  • Strong understanding of software development using current industry technologies
  • Experience with .NETCOBOL, C#.NET, and Visual Studio.NET
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Stored Procedures, and SSIS
  • Experience working with and building web services helpful
  • Agile thought process and adaptability to fluid roles within a team context
  • Ability to understand and apply customer requirements, identify unforeseen implications, and make design recommendations
  • Ability to define design reasoning and understand potential impacts of design requirements
  • Willingness to learn and passion to teach/partner with others
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment
  • Commitment to achieving and driving results
  • Inquisitive approach to researching new technologies and solving complex problems
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate within and across multiple teams
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field; combination of education and/or relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
