About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Complete weekly billing functions for certain outsourced services arrangements
Evaluate billing processes for process improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy
Research and provide prompt and courteous follow-up for client-related billing questions and reporting requests
Assist in the semi-monthly PBM Billing process as needed
Complete weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly HealthDyne Billing Process activities as needed
Create and distribute invoices as needed
Manage tasks to successful and timely conclusions
Assist in developing analytics dashboards to highlight trends in PBM and other functions
Support the Revenue Cycle team with other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must possess a 4-year degree, preferably in Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Analytics or related fields, with proven quantitative experience.
1-3 years of work experience
PBM, healthcare, pharmaceutical experience preferred.
High proficiency in Microsoft SQL, R, or other data analysis tools.
Python experience preferred.
Microsoft Excel and Visual Studio experience preferred.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Intermediate understanding of Tableau or other data visualization tools
Advanced diligence, keeping in mind the “big picture”
Ability to analyze and interpret data based on results.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to listen and understand information and ideas that are presented verbally.

Ability to work in a typical office environment with prolonged computer use and occasional external travel.
