About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze revenue cycle data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
  • Support month-end and quarterly financial close processes related to revenue cycle activities
  • Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review
  • Prepare and maintain External WellAssist (EWA) client reporting, including payment and utilization data
  • Extract, transform, and validate data from multiple sources using SQL and reporting tools
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting for EWA payment activity, remittance performance, turnaround times, and client-specific metrics
  • Partner with Revenue Cycle, Client Success, Operations, and Finance teams to validate data and resolve reporting discrepancies
  • Collaborate with billing, collections, and operations teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to revenue cycle efficiency and effectiveness
  • Participate in ad hoc financial analysis and special projects
  • Maintain and update financial models and forecasting tools related to revenue cycle performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare or pharmacy benefits
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Microsoft SQL
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
  • Microsoft Power BI experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of revenue cycle processes and healthcare finance preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to operate standard computer and phone equipment
  • Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment
