About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee HealthDyne client implementations and related change management
  • Coordinate internal operational functions for prescription benefit management, mail order, and specialty pharmacy services
  • Lead successful onboarding of large, complex clients with unique service requirements
  • Serve as primary implementation operations contact for strategic partners
  • Support Sales and attend finalist meetings
  • Manage key strategic client and partner implementations and strategic initiatives
  • Apply project management expertise and HealthDyne operational processes to facilitate successful implementations
  • Provide Sales and Client Service support through direct customer contact
  • Execute projects in compliance with contractual requirements
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and status meetings, and report project health
  • Facilitate interdepartmental communication across Finance, IT, Mail Pharmacy Operations, Specialty Pharmacy Operations, Hub Services, and other departments
  • Lead development and documentation of Standard Implementation Procedures
  • Report critical path items, opportunities, and overall customer standing to the HealthDyne leadership team
  • Deliver appropriately positioned information to various client types
  • Execute post-implementation improvement initiatives and develop processes to mitigate future implementation risks
  • Travel occasionally as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College four-year degree or a minimum of 5 years' experience in client services or project management
  • Experience working in Pharmacy Operations/Technology and/or project management
  • Ongoing learning in the pharmacy industry and continuous product knowledge development in PBM, pharmacy practices, product offerings, pricing components, and company capabilities and limitations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects to successful and timely conclusion
  • Superior internal and external communication skills, including speaking in front of groups
  • Ability to prepare for, lead, and direct internal and external meetings
  • Excellent interpersonal, written communication, and documentation skills
  • Advanced project planning skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to use logical methods to address problems and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and organize information clearly and concisely
  • Expert-level knowledge of desktop applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Salesforce.com knowledge is beneficial
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible, multitask, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work independently and support, contribute to, and lead teams
