About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze clinical, operational, enrollment, engagement, and financial data to identify trends, performance drivers, risks, and opportunities
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools
  • Translate complex analyses into clear insights, recommendations, and presentations
  • Partner with business leaders to define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and success criteria
  • Evaluate the impact of operational, product, and clinical workflow changes
  • Build and maintain reliable analytical datasets and business logic using SQL and dbt
  • Enable self-service analytics by developing trusted data models and reporting resources
  • Identify data quality issues and collaborate with Data Engineering and cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and reliability
  • Explore company data to identify previously unknown insights, trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Connect analytical findings to practical business recommendations
  • Present findings and recommendations to executives and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering, or a related role
  • Demonstrated experience using SQL to analyze complex datasets
  • Experience building dashboards, reports, and analytical tools and communicating analytical findings to stakeholders
  • Experience working with business intelligence and data visualization platforms
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
