About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct regular teletherapy sessions with clients
- Help clients overcome mental health challenges and improve relationships
- Collaborate with assigned care teams, peers, and the Clinical Director/Lead Psychologist
- Consult with clinicians and leadership through the WellQor Clinician Connect platform
- Enter and maintain documentation in WellQor’s web-based EHR according to company guidelines
- Treat issues including adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, grief, behavioral issues, PTSD, and substance abuse
- Build and manage a caseload aligned with the clinician’s availability and lifestyle
Requirements
What you’ll need- LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, PsyD, or equivalent
- Must be licensed to practice independently
- Empanelment/participation with commercial insurance plans helpful but not required
- Strong computer skills
- Comfort using mobile devices
- Comfort using electronic medical records systems for patient charting and communication
