About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct regular teletherapy sessions with clients
- Address client issues including adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, grief, behavioral issues, PTSD, and substance abuse
- Enter and maintain appropriate documentation in WellQor’s web-based EHR system according to company guidelines
- Use the WellQor Clinician Connect platform to share ideas and obtain support from clinicians and leadership nationwide
- Collaborate with assigned care teams, peers, and the Clinical Director/Lead Psychologist
- Build long-term patient relationships via teletherapy
Requirements
What you’ll need- LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, PsyD, or equivalent, licensed to practice independently
- Empanelment/participation with commercial insurance plans helpful but not required
- Strong computer skills
- Comfort using mobile devices
- Experience with electronic medical records systems for patient charting and communication
