About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct regular teletherapy sessions with clients
Address patient issues including adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, grief, behavioral issues, PTSD, and substance abuse
Enter and maintain appropriate documentation in WellQor’s web-based EHR system according to company guidelines
Use the WellQor Clinician Connect platform to share ideas and obtain support from clinicians and leadership nationwide
Collaborate with assigned care teams, peers, and the Clinical Director/Lead Psychologist
Develop and guide client treatment toward improved mental health, relationships, and wellbeing

Requirements

What you’ll need

LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, PsyD or equivalent, licensed to practice independently
Empanelment/participation with commercial insurance plans helpful but not required
Strong computer skills
Comfort using mobile devices
Comfort using electronic medical records systems for patient charting and communication
