About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop meaningful relationships with patients via tele-therapy
- Help clients overcome mental health challenges, forge better relationships, and become the best versions of themselves
- Define personal availability and schedule according to lifestyle
- Consult regularly with the clinical director and regional team for support and feedback
- Connect with therapists across the country using the Clinician Connect platform
- Allow WellQor to handle credentialing, billing, client intake, marketing, customer service, and other administrative services
- Participate in company events and CEU sponsorship opportunities
- Work within a care-team treatment model with peer consultation and continued feedback
Requirements
What you’ll need- LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LCP or equivalent licensed to practice independently
- Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document sessions
- Comfort using technology in everyday work
- Willingness to learn
- Friendly, professional, and compassionate
- Ability to provide tele-therapy
- Must be located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States
