About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Consult with HRBPs and HR partners to understand workforce challenges, data needs, and opportunities for insights
- Develop customized reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses covering headcount, hiring, attrition, representation, talent flow, and other HR metrics
- Analyze findings and identify trends using statistical, financial, or demographic techniques
- Inform recommendations and business decisions with data-driven insights
- Aggregate and synthesize data from disparate HR systems, including Workday and reporting tools
- Create compelling stories and executive-ready deliverables
- Build or enhance HR dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to governance standards
- Partner with HR technology, People Analytics, and other business groups on data sourcing and reporting enhancements
- Participate in enterprise and HR initiatives relying on workforce metrics and analytical insights
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Knowledge of HR functions and HRBP analytical needs
- Experience with HR analytics tools such as Workday reporting, Tableau, or Power BI
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to build executive-ready deliverables
- Experience synthesizing data from multiple HR systems to tell a coherent story for senior leaders
- Ability to collaborate effectively with HR executives, business leaders, and cross-functional partners
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with multiple priorities
- Ability to research, analyze, document, and present HR metrics and workforce trends
