About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the strategy, roadmap, and results for Fargo within Wealth & Investment Management
Serve as the single accountable product owner for the WIM experience
Act as an advisor to senior leadership on digital, data, and AI products and initiatives
Lead strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges across multiple functional areas or the enterprise
Develop long-term, large-scale solutions
Synthesize customer insights, market trends, business performance, data, and platform considerations into strategies and requirements
Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on significant business plans, programs, and initiatives
Build alignment across product, design, engineering, data, analytics, operations, risk, and control functions
Coordinate complex cross-functional activities and resolve obstacles
Create executive-ready recommendations, decision materials, roadmaps, and success measures
Serve as an expert advisor and thought leader to strengthen digital product management practices and influence enterprise priorities without direct people-management accountability

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of Artificial Intelligence solutions experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
4+ years of management or leadership experience
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Experience building conversational AI, virtual assistant, or generative AI products at scale
Digital product experience in wealth management, brokerage, or investments
Experience designing tools or experiences for financial advisors
Track record of using customer data and voice of customer insight to drive the roadmap
Experience presenting to senior executives and steering committees
