About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and develop the Fargo for Business AI roadmap, covering everyday servicing, onboarding and activation, and proactive financial insights for business clients
Provide leadership, management and direction to Business Banking partners as their single front door for Fargo
Develop strategies to move high-volume business servicing into self-service in Fargo, including account and card servicing, payments and transfers, user and access management, and account maintenance
Lead the Business Banking AI team and make strategic decisions on natural language understanding, generative AI and agent capabilities
Collaborate with Technology, Design and Model Development partners
Define and deliver business financial insights, including cash flow visibility, spending and receivables trends, alerts and recommended next actions
Evaluate competitor and fintech small-business assistants and educate Business Banking leadership on opportunities
Lead the team to achieve objectives using measures for containment, accuracy, client satisfaction, activation, insight engagement and call reduction
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Fargo for Business
Ensure business-client experiences meet regulatory requirements with Risk and Compliance
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of Artificial Intelligence solutions experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of management or leadership experience
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Not eligible for Visa sponsorship
Digital product experience in small business, business banking or commercial banking
Experience building conversational AI, virtual assistant or generative AI products at scale
Experience with financial insights, cash flow management or personal/business financial management products
Knowledge of business servicing journeys, including multi-user access, entitlements, payments and account maintenance
Experience with digital onboarding and activation for business clients
Track record of using client data and voice of customer insight to set the roadmap
Experience presenting to senior executives and line-of-business leadership
Experience leading product teams in an agile or pod/cell operating model
