About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop banker enablement content supporting Business Banking initiatives and driving readiness and adoption
Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Operations, Underwriting, Legal, Risk, and Compliance
Translate complex information into clear, concise, actionable resources for bankers
Manage the full content lifecycle from planning and development through launch, maintenance, and retirement
Lead multiple content initiatives, establish timelines, manage dependencies, and communicate progress, risks, and decisions
Establish content standards, governance processes, and review cycles
Gather banker and stakeholder feedback to identify content gaps and improve resources
Measure content engagement, adoption, and effectiveness and recommend improvements
Support sustained business outcomes and consistent execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Experience supporting Business Banking, banker enablement, sales enablement, or financial services initiatives
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content for varied audiences
Experience translating complex business, operational, product, risk, or policy information into actionable banker resources
Strong editing, proofreading, and content-development skills
Ability to collaborate with subject-matter experts, business leaders, and cross-functional partners in a matrixed environment
Strong project-management and organizational skills
Experience developing communications, job aids, guides, presentations, readiness materials, or training resources
Ability to influence, build relationships, and incorporate stakeholder feedback
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools
