About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, coordinate, and execute best-in-class experiences for program analysts and associates across the U.S.
- Coordinate end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale, complex, multi-day events, meetings, and summits
- Partner with recruiting, program management, sourcing, and stakeholders to develop project plans, manage budgets and timelines, select venues, oversee logistics, and design participant experiences
- Partner with the Wells Fargo Meetings and Events team to execute virtual, on-site, and external events
- Collect and analyze feedback to enhance event experiences
- Develop recommendations for signature events and present proposals to HR and business leaders
- Conduct after-action reviews and provide recaps to HR and business stakeholders
- Influence change, manage conflict, challenge the status quo, and resolve complex issues
- Identify opportunities to improve operating procedures and mitigate risk
- Communicate and consult with senior leaders on program progress and key initiatives
- Participate in experience workstreams and project teams
- Stay current on practices that drive retention, engagement, and professional development
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in business execution, implementation, or strategic planning, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Passion for early career talent and experience in campus recruiting, early talent program management, talent acquisition, or events, preferably within financial services
- Proven experience developing and implementing large-scale events and engagement initiatives while maintaining cost efficiency
- Proven ability to build relationships while consulting, influencing, and partnering at all levels across a complex and matrixed organization
- Excellent communication, project management, analytical, and prioritization skills
- Proven experience collecting and analyzing data and providing data-driven recommendations to business leaders
- Experience working with Cvent and/or other event management systems
- Experience mitigating risk throughout the vendor management lifecycle
- Experience leveraging AI to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and support data-driven decision-making
- Ability to travel up to 25%
