About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead strategic finance partnerships with the CIO, line of business, and CFO organizations
  • Own financial management and strategic reporting, including expense initiative analysis, tracking, and reporting
  • Lead monthly forecasting and month-end close processes for financials, headcount, and investment spend
  • Improve cost allocation transparency and executive reporting
  • Lead enterprise-wide financial transformation initiatives
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to enhance financial processes and optimize the financial operating environment across Business IT
  • Lead complex initiatives involving financial research, analysis, and reporting
  • Provide advice and technical expertise on complex financial analysis, forecasting, and economic research
  • Research strategies and recommend forward financial planning and reporting-system enhancements
  • Support budgeting analysis, forecasting analysis, variance analysis, variance commentary, reporting, reviews, and presentation/project preparation
  • Review and analyze complex technical challenges involving multiple factors
  • Maintain effective and efficient reporting delivery aligned with brand and internal control standards
  • Meet deliverables and drive new initiatives while following policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • 5+ years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience
  • Strong P&L financial management and forecasting experience
  • Ability to communicate financial and business results to senior management
  • Ability to translate and present complex data to educate, enhance understanding, and influence decisions
  • Ability to prepare executive-ready materials and support senior leader discussions
  • Strong technical skills including Essbase and Microsoft Office suite
  • BS/BA degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Reporting (desired)
  • Demonstrated experience fostering strong partnerships, promoting teamwork, and influencing others
  • Strong critical thinking skills combined with strategic business focus
  • Sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability for achievement
  • Willingness to work on-site at the stated location
  • Position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
