About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network within Wealth and Investment Management
- Work closely with FiNet business owners and divisional leaders to ensure timely execution and delivery of brokerage transactional and service support functions
- Support clients and Financial Advisors across multiple sales locations
- Serve as the primary escalation point for operational and service inquiries
- Coach FiNet practices on adoption of new business tools and applications
- Serve as the key contact for operational risk management issues across the division
- Manage service standards to ensure timely and accurate operations support
- Communicate and coach firm operational policies and procedures
- Ensure adherence to operational policies and procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of Financial Services Industry experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- 2+ years leadership experience
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) level understanding of operational functions, products or platform tools
- Strong client service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Knowledge and understanding of branch exams and regulatory requirements from an operational support perspective
- Relationship management skills
- Experience with FiNet and/or independent advisors
- Strong operational experience
- Knowledge and understanding of brokerage advisor tools
- Ability to travel if necessary within the division
- Must successfully complete and pass a FINRA background check prior to hire
- Must meet ongoing FINRA regulatory obligations, including periodic screening and mandatory reporting
- Not eligible for Visa sponsorship
