About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare, equip, and support the division in meeting assigned metrics
- Recruit, onboard, integrate, and retain Financial Advisors and their teams, if applicable, over $1M
- Design and implement best practices for business changes, products, and transformations
- Apply project management methodology to facilitate complex implementations
- Establish timelines and track ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery
- Review knowledge transfer, data mapping, and account movement while guiding strategic initiatives impacting multiple systems
- Identify and provide effective training methods
- Participate in process improvement and product development or enhancement activities
- Present recommendations for resolving data, logistics, and project support issues
- Develop experience in risk and compliance requirements while exercising independent judgment
- Collaborate and consult with peers, management, technology, and compliance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to partner and collaborate with all levels of associates and leadership
- Client services experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Customer service focus with experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels
- Flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check
- Must meet ongoing regulatory requirements, including additional screening and reporting certain incidents
