About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in formal internship program and workshops for low complexity initiatives
- Review assignments related to low-to-medium risk tasks and deliverables
- Receive direction from a manager and develop understanding of compliance and risk management requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Support delivery of digital products, applications, and business capabilities
- Work with business and technology teams to understand needs and document requirements
- Assist in maintaining product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery progress
- Support testing, implementation, release readiness, and post-release activities
- Analyze delivery data and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Prepare concise presentations, reports, and stakeholder updates
- Contribute to process improvement, automation, and responsible use of AI-enabled solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Structured problem solving and analytical thinking
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical requirements
- Interest in technology, digital products, and process improvement
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and collaboration tools
- Ability to learn new systems, business processes, and technologies
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, technology, analytics, economics, finance, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Evidence of initiative and teamwork through academic projects, internships, or extracurricular activities
- Exposure to Agile delivery, product management, business analysis, data analytics, AI tools, or software-development concepts
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar tools
- Interest in financial services and technology-enabled business solutions
