About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with Commercial Banking to source new open account product clients or grow existing relationships in coordination with coverage teams
  • Understand clients’ businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions within individual deals and client relationships
  • Independently work on client transactions and advise on peer transactions, including highly complex, larger, and multi-product financing opportunities
  • Analyze potential opportunities, structure, propose, and sell tailored financial solutions to clients
  • Lead internal coordination and submit transactions to management or independent risk for approval
  • Engage strategically with professionals and managers across the enterprise
  • Serve as an expert product advisor to Supply Chain and Channel Solutions leadership and Commercial Banking business partners
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on evolving market needs
  • Enable innovation, design, and delivery of credit solutions through large-scale, cross-functional, or companywide strategies
  • Mentor less experienced individuals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of secured or specialized lending sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • History of success partnering with Commercial Banking relationship managers in driving thoughtful, well-structured product solutions for bank clients
  • Expertise originating, structuring, and closing large, structured finance transactions, including ABL, Leasing and Lending, and Factoring
  • Knowledge of Supplier Finance, Factoring, Asset Based Lending, Key Accounts Purchase, and/or AR Securitization products and markets
  • Proven history of solutions/product representation to C Suite Finance executives, including CFOs and Treasurers
  • Ability to collaborate with functional subject matter experts to lead complex deal teams, transactions, and strategic growth initiatives
  • Willingness to work on-site in one of the listed locations
  • Travel up to 50%
