About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Leverage advanced analytics, workforce planning, customer behavior insights, and operational performance data to inform branch staffing strategies
  • Optimize customer and employee experiences across the retail network
  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations influencing staffing, service delivery, and strategic decision-making
  • Advise line of business and companywide functions on business strategies using performance metrics, population distribution trends, and complex data analysis
  • Identify new tools and methods to analyze data
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on managed projects
  • Provide updates on project logs, monthly budget forecasts, monthly newsletters, and operations reviews
  • Assist managers in building quarterly and annual plans and forecast future market research needs
  • Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Lead projects and teams, and mentor staff, interns, and external contractors

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • 3+ years of experience applying quantitative analysis, statistical techniques, or predictive analytics to solve complex business problems
  • 3+ years of experience using SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets
  • 2+ years of experience developing dashboards, reporting solutions, or data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
  • Proficiency in SQL, SAS, and Python
  • Working knowledge of data visualization tools, preferably Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience with business performance analytics and KPI development
  • Financial services, retail/branch banking, or customer analytics experience
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives and build productive working relationships across business and technical teams
