About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead structured requirement gathering and validate end-to-end impacts
- Act as a single coordination point across product, technology, and operations
- Develop and execute implementation strategies through readiness activities
- Lead and support multiple functional activities for business readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute programs, services, and initiatives
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies
- Review strategic approaches and support-function and business performance effectiveness
- Perform impact assessments through fact-finding and data analysis, developing solutions or recommendations
- Make decisions in complex situations, facilitate decision-making and issue resolution, and support solution implementation
- Collaborate with functional teams and partner groups to implement strategic initiatives
- Develop written publications for various audiences in support of implementations
- Influence, guide, and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Experience with business banking technology
- Experience supporting technology and process changes, from idea to execution
- Experience in implementing industry-leading treasury management onboarding platforms
- Experience and understanding of strategic planning and execution
- Ability to quickly scope issues, dissect them, and identify root causes
- Demonstrated capacity to deliver results rapidly, consistently meet tight deadlines, and advance projects from conception to completion
- Experience working cross-functionally between business and technology
- Ability to simplify complex concepts in support of implementation execution
- Strong project management or change implementation skills
- Strong communication and leadership presentation skills
- Must not require visa sponsorship
