About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Produce monthly executive summaries of human capital metrics, collaborating with HR centers of excellence to collect appropriate data
  • Translate HR data into compelling, executive-ready presentations with clear storytelling standards and client-focused messaging
  • Partner with centers of excellence and HR Business Partners to operationalize cyclical HR activities
  • Present recommendations to enhance, implement, monitor, and measure line-of-business-specific initiatives
  • Engage with peers across the business execution community to mature the HR Business Partner model and support HR Business Partner leaders
  • Drive delivery of Human Resources products and services to clients across HR
  • Provide customized business communications, change management plans, and reporting
  • Collaborate closely with Human Resources Business Partners on critical initiatives and business outcomes
  • Oversee and execute large-scale projects and complex strategic implementations from consultative and tactical perspectives
  • Operate with a One HR mindset in a highly evolving and complex environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Experience interpreting and aggregating data and translating data insights into user stories intended for executive and senior-level audiences
  • Experience working with large, sensitive data sets
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, data-driven analysis and presentations to diverse executive audiences
  • Ability to leverage AI and continuously evaluate how to optimize the delivery of HR products and services
  • Demonstrated end-to-end project management experience
  • Previous Human Resources experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role and/or Center of Excellence roles
  • Experience working in a large, complex, dynamic organization with multiple business groups and broad geographic reach
  • Familiarity with a variety of HR disciplines and ability to navigate a complex center of excellence model
  • Successful business operations, strategic consulting, and management consulting experience in a complex, cross-functional environment
  • Strong influencing, collaboration, and decision-making skills across various stakeholder teams
  • Success working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while managing tactical and strategic deliverables to meet timelines
  • Ability to track and monitor complex projects, communicate progress to business leaders, and negotiate critical issue resolution
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
