About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implement, and support CyberArk solutions including EPV, PSM, PSMP, CPM, Credential Providers, and CCP
- Onboard and manage privileged accounts, service accounts, application credentials, SSH keys, and non-human identities across enterprise platforms
- Engineer and maintain privileged access controls, including password rotation, credential reconciliation, session isolation, session recording, and just-in-time access
- Develop and support CyberArk integrations with Active Directory, Entra ID, SailPoint, ServiceNow, cloud providers, virtualization platforms, and custom applications
- Automate account onboarding, credential management, compliance reporting, and operational processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex CyberArk infrastructure, authentication, connectivity, and application integration issues
- Support platform upgrades, patching, high availability, disaster recovery, performance tuning, capacity planning, and lifecycle management
- Partner with application, infrastructure, cloud, and security teams on privileged access solutions
- Evaluate CyberArk capabilities, PAM technologies, and architectural designs
- Serve as a CyberArk subject matter expert through technical leadership, operational guidance, documentation, and mentoring
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- 3+ years of experience in CyberArk
- 5+ years of credential management expertise and advanced management of credential management systems
- 5+ years of Windows OS administration experience
- 2+ years of experience automating workflows using PowerShell, VBScript, Shell, or similar tools
- Ability to manage complex issues and develop solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
