About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead product simplification and transformation projects across the transaction banking product portfolio, including liquidity products
  • Advise leadership to drive performance and initiatives
  • Develop and implement information delivery and presentations for key stakeholders and senior management
  • Work with product managers, operations, risk, finance, and technology stakeholders to organize and transition business processes to the strategic operating model
  • Advise experienced leadership on business plans and requirements
  • Direct product design and implementation for complex business and technical needs
  • Support the evolution of liquidity and treasury management offerings through strategic modernization initiatives, new product capabilities, and client solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Experience in Corporate Treasury, Management Consulting, Global Treasury Management, Commercial and/or Corporate Banking
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence building Confluence pages, content, boards, and/or reports
  • Experience executing and delivering on large transformational programs
  • Experience preparing strategic communications and articulating within presentations
  • Experience leading strategic priorities and projects end to end
  • Change management and delivery experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic objectives
  • Must be willing to work out of the Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN office approximately 3 days a week
