  • Lead and influence recruiting efforts in a fast-moving environment

  • Remove barriers, identify process improvements, and drive solutions that enhance recruiting efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide leadership and guidance to recruiters, share expertise, promote best practices, and support development
  • Leverage recruiting metrics, market intelligence, and data-driven insights to influence decisions and improve outcomes
  • Partner across Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Compensation, Risk, and other enterprise teams
  • Lead or contribute to strategic recruiting initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Ensure operational excellence and adherence to applicable policies, procedures, risk, and compliance requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of Recruiting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Experience supporting fast-paced, nuanced businesses within financial services or other highly regulated industries
  • Ability to build credibility and strong partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, and Human Resources partners
  • Strong operational mindset with a track record of driving results, solving problems, and navigating complexity
  • Ability to remain effective in high-pressure situations while managing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, or providing informal leadership to recruiting team members
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand organizational priorities and talent implications
  • Experience consulting on complex compensation matters and offer negotiations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence across all levels of the organization
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements that increase speed, efficiency, and hiring outcomes
  • Knowledge of employment practices, recruiting regulations, and risk considerations within large organizations
  • Must not require visa sponsorship
