Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders through executive presentations and communications
Aggregate, analyze, and synthesize data, reports, and insights from multiple sources
Translate complex analytical findings, risk assessments, and business issues into actionable executive insights
Develop executive communications and presentation materials aligned with strategic priorities, business objectives, and risk oversight needs
Identify key themes, emerging risks, opportunities, and business implications
Create presentations communicating risk insights, business performance, and strategic recommendations
Partner with stakeholders across Risk, Business, Finance, Analytics, Operations, and Corporate Functions
Influence decision-making through data-driven storytelling and executive communication
Connect data and analytics to business strategies and risk outcomes for enterprise-level discussions and actions

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of Risk Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Exceptional executive communication, presentation development, and storytelling skills
Ability to synthesize large volumes of complex information and distill key messages for senior leadership
Strong understanding of enterprise risk management, risk disciplines, and governance frameworks
Ability to connect disparate data sources, identify insights, and develop business narratives
Advanced PowerPoint and executive presentation skills
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
Stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work at one of the approved locations listed in the job posting
Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
Willingness to comply with the hybrid work model, including working from a Wells Fargo facility at least four days per week
