Lead complex technology initiatives, including companywide initiatives with broad impact
Develop standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large-scale technology solutions
Design, code, test, debug, and document projects and programs
Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives and technical challenges
Make decisions on engineering and technology solutions using industry best practices and new technologies
Influence and lead technology teams to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
Collaborate with technical experts, senior technology teams, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues
Lead projects and teams or serve as a peer mentor
Travel up to 10% of the time
Work off hours and weekends as business needs require

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
5+ years of Software Engineering experience, with a strong focus on Java/Spring development
4 years of experience with React
4+ years of experience in Python
4+ years of experience in Angular
1-year experience with Lang Graph
1 year with multi-agent orchestration systems
2+ years of experience Kafka/S3/Dremio/Vault/EPLX
2+ years of experience with PySpark
2+ years of experience working in an Agile working environment
2+ years of experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
2+ years of experience developing or deploying AI-powered tools, chatbots, LLM-based automation, or agentic workflows, including understanding of AI risks, observability needs, and stakeholder communication
2+ years of experience in Financial Industry
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure
Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems
Ability to work on-site at approved location listed
Ability to work off hours and weekends as per business needs
