Act as an advisor to leadership and influence solution design for complex business needs
Design and code solutions for highly complex challenges across multiple areas or the enterprise
Translate advanced technology experience and business objectives into technical engineering solutions
Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on innovative business solutions
Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and recommend technology innovations
Leverage AI, automation, and data engineering capabilities to improve business outcomes
Collaborate with Architecture, Platforms, Technology Leadership, and Product teams on technical strategies and roadmaps
Partner with product and program leadership to align technology implementation and delivery with business goals and timelines
Lead improvements for platform stability and performance by addressing technical debt and enhancing operational efficiency
Lead end-to-end technology solution delivery for commercial lending products across loan origination, servicing, and delivery
Participate in agile ceremonies, architecture decisions, code reviews, proof of concepts, and scrum team delivery
Guide development teams and provide day-to-day delivery direction

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
5+ years of experience in Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.x, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, Hibernate, JPA, Python, Scala, REST APIs, and Microservices Architecture
5+ years of experience with Angular 16, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery, and AJAX
2+ years of AI technology implementation experience
Ability to work onsite in a hybrid environment
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Ability to work additional hours as needed
2+ years of experience working in Agile environments
Experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform services
Experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture
Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Maven, Gradle, and SonarQube
Knowledge of Ansible, Shell Scripting, F5, AVI, and infrastructure automation
Experience deploying applications on Tomcat, JBoss, and WebSphere
Strong understanding of MVC architecture, J2EE design patterns, and enterprise application design
Experience implementing secure, scalable, and highly available solutions in large enterprise environments
Experience with cloud-native application modernization and migration initiatives
Experience with enterprise data engineering and analytics platforms
Experience with AI-driven automation and intelligent workflow implementations
Experience in financial services or large-scale enterprise technology environments
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment
Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
