About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a trusted advisor to the Cyber Platform Management leadership team
Drive execution of strategic priorities, financial governance, workforce planning, vendor management, organizational effectiveness, and executive operating routines
Lead or support delivery of technology products and services for high-profile business unit clients
Contribute to large-scale solutions planning related to Technology Business Services
Ensure solution quality and cost effectiveness
Review customer information with technology teams and implement technical initiatives for highly complex projects affecting multiple lines of business or the enterprise
Ensure compliance and risk management requirements and implement key risk initiatives with stakeholders
Manage multiple medium technology development efforts and drive broader team initiatives
Collaborate with technology teams and management to resolve IT issues and provide effective customer solutions
Provide guidance on leveraging new technology
Use approved AI tools for research, summarization, drafting, analysis, and decision support
Exercise judgment when interpreting AI-generated outputs and use AI ethically and responsibly

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Experience serving as a Chief of Staff, Business Services Lead, COO, PMO, or Operations Lead
Experience managing multimillion-dollar labor and non-labor budgets
Experience developing and executing strategic plans
Experience with financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis
Experience with workforce planning
Experience with vendor management and sourcing
Experience developing executive communications and presentations
Experience with governance and risk management
Experience with data analytics and reporting
Experience supporting change management
Experience building relationships with business leaders, cross-functional partners, vendors, and stakeholders
Experience with program and portfolio management
Conversant with Microsoft Copilot
Comfortable using AI to build applications through vibe coding
Must comply with applicable risk, compliance, data privacy, security, and data-handling standards
