About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Recruit financial advisors within the assigned region
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of financial advisor candidates
Provide insight on industry trends, competitive intelligence, product platforms, deals, and compensation plans
Advise leadership on recruiting experienced Financial Advisors and expand firm hiring within the assigned area
Partner with field recruiters to share knowledge and develop recruitment strategies
Build and maintain relationships with Financial Advisors to enhance satisfaction and retention
Partner with management to increase Financial Advisor hiring
Lead strategy and resolution of complex recruitment challenges across multiple enterprise areas
Deliver recruitment solutions that support organic revenue growth
Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on innovative business solutions
Engage with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve recruitment-process issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
7+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting Financial Advisors/Wealth Advisors
Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 or FINRA-recognized equivalent sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration (US only; desired)
FINRA Series 7 or equivalent must be completed within 90 days after commencement if not immediately available to transfer upon hire
Obtaining and/or maintaining appropriate FINRA license(s) is required for ongoing employment
Compliance with state law registration and licensing requirements is mandatory
Additional product licenses or SAFE licensing may apply
Enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards
Successful completion and clearance of a FINRA background check
Ongoing regulatory screening and reporting of certain incidents
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Strong presentation skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
Position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
