About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support across branch locations within a specific geography when a banker or teller is out or to temporarily cover vacancies
- Adapt to changing priorities and new surroundings while meeting customer needs
- Build customer relationships through proactive outreach
- Propose appropriate bank products, services, and digital solutions
- Assist customers with opening new accounts, service requests, and credit applications
- Receive direction from managers and exercise judgment within defined policies and procedures
- Develop understanding of bank products and services to connect with customers' needs
- Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships
- Provide appropriate options for bank products and services
- Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed
- Comply with SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act requirements and related regulations
- Support Wells Fargo's risk management, compliance, monitoring, escalation, and remediation practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Ability to travel 100% of the time to different branches within assigned geography
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed or scheduled
- SAFE registration required at the time of employment
- Must meet Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z
- Must meet applicable financial responsibility, character, general financial fitness, and criminal background standards
- Must meet ongoing regulatory requirements, including additional screening if necessary
- Acceptable background investigation results required for ongoing employment
