About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide support across multiple branch locations within a specific geography when bankers or tellers are unavailable or vacancies need temporary coverage
  • Adapt to changing priorities and new branch environments while meeting customer needs
  • Build customer relationships through proactive outreach and recommend appropriate products, services, and digital solutions
  • Assist with opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications
  • Receive manager direction and exercise judgment within established policies and procedures
  • Learn bank products and services and connect them to customer needs
  • Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships
  • Provide suitable banking product and service options
  • Refer customers’ financial needs to other bankers and partners
  • Maintain cash drawer, handle and balance cash, and complete service-related tasks
  • Follow applicable risk, compliance, and regulatory programs and escalate issues when needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Ability to travel 100% of the time to different branches within assigned geography
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed or scheduled
  • Ability to comply with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations
  • SAFE registration required at the time of employment
  • Must meet Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z
  • Must meet applicable financial responsibility, character, general financial fitness, and criminal background standards
  • Successful candidates must meet ongoing regulatory requirements, including additional screening if necessary
  • Acceptable background investigation results required
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
