About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and manage the roadmap for physical security technology solutions
  • Partner with Corporate Security, Technology and enterprise customers to translate business needs into prioritized backlogs
  • Guide delivery of integrated, enterprise-scalable security solutions
  • Ensure solutions comply with regulatory standards, align with enterprise risk strategies and deliver measurable organizational value
  • Advise experienced leadership on business plans, requirements, product design and implementation
  • Oversee product management and strategic focus for complex products and services
  • Lead strategy and resolution of complex companywide challenges
  • Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions considering global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact and risk management
  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on innovative business solutions
  • Articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals and direct teams delivering technology and process updates
  • Engage leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers and delivery teams companywide
  • Serve as an advisor to leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • 1+ years of experience with physical security operations at a large financial institution or corporation
  • Strong understanding of physical security systems/technologies including alarm monitoring, surveillance, risk analysis/assessment and security asset management systems
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management stakeholder engagement
  • Familiarity with security compliance standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001
  • Experience with security applications such as SureView, Verint, Hanwha, Circadian Risk, Digital Monitoring Products (Such as Entre and Virtual Receiver)
  • Experience with security hardware such as alarm panels, network video recorders, surveillance cameras including but not limited to Verint, Hanwha, Lumana
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to turn desired business outcomes into effective solution roadmap
  • Position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
